website operated by Rhizome Design Concepts, LLC, a New Jersey limited
liability company (the "Company") doing business as Vieandsomn. The
Company and the website are hereinafter referred to collectively as
Vieandsomn. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE Payment, Pricing & Promotions Ordering and Payment Vieandsomn
does not sell products to children. Vieandsomn only sells products to
adults, ages 18 years and older, who can purchase them with a credit
card. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove
or edit content, or cancel orders on our sole discretion, including,
without limitation, if Vieandsomn believes that user conduct violates
applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Vieandsomn or its
affiliates. Our product
may periodically go on sale, and will be indicated as such. Vieandsomn
incorporates a Sale section from time to time. We do not sell damaged or
defective product (sometimes referred to as seconds). Please note that all discounted sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be made on final sale items. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact
customerservice@vieandsomn.com within 7 days of receipt of product for a
refund, credit or exchange. You must contact
customerservice@vieandsomn.com for a Return Authorization prior to
sending your purchase back. Please include your invoice number and a
description of the item you would like to return. All goods must be
returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags
attached along with a copy of your original invoice. If the item is
defective, you must also contact Customer Service within 7 days from
receipt of goods. Please note
that it may take up to 10-14 business days before your package arrives
at our facilities dependent upon the shipping carrier. All refunds to
your account will take place within 7 days of receiving returned items.
Note it may take up to an additional 7 days for the credit to appear on
your account. Credit will
be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise so returned,
excluding the shipping and handling fee. Shipping and insurance costs
are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued in the original
form of payment only. Upon receipt
of returned merchandise, Vieandsomn has the right to deny credits if the
goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable. If you do not have proof of purchase or a receipt for your return, please email us at customerservice@vieandsomn.com Vieandsomn will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Please ship all returns to: Vieandsomn is
unable to accept returns on items bought from our retail or e-commerce
partners. In such cases, the individual retailer's own return policy
will govern any returns. If you find yourself dissatisfied with
something purchased from one of our retail or e-commerce partners,
please return the goods to their store with proof of purchase for the
appropriate refund, credit or exchange. Your order
will be fulfilled as quickly as possible. Orders are processed Monday
through Friday only and will ship within 3-5 business days. We use USPS
and UPS standard ground service for our deliveries. There is a $2.00 handling charge placed on all orders. We do not ship on the following holidays or when USPS and UPS are closed: New Year’s Day We will ship goods currently in stock. If we are out-of-stock of an item we will charge you only for the items we shipped. Vieandsomn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Ground: Ships to all 50 States. Next Day Air: Ships to all 50 states, with some limitations on Alaska and Hawaii, by the end of the next business day. 2nd Day Air: Ships to all 50 states by the end of the second business day. Please allow additional time to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii. If you are concerned about the timing of your shipment please email us at customerservice@vieandsomn.com. Shipping to PO Boxes or Military Addresses We do not ship to PO Boxes and to Military Addresses at this time. Standard Shipping to Canada:
Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping. In
addition to the standard handling fees, packages shipped via UPS Standard to Canada
will have an additional $1.50 service fee to cover the costs of filing
extra paperwork at the time of shipment. Please also note that the
Carrier assumes the responsibility to notify the receiver of any
additional duties or charges. For all other international shipments, please email us at customerservice@vieandsomn.com for shipping times and costs. Customer's
that refuse shipments and/or fail to claim packages shipped to them will
be charged for any shipping and restocking fees incurred while
returning the goods to vieandsomn. Risk of Loss All items are
shipped via common carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon
Vieandsomn's delivery of your order to the common carrier. We are required by law to charge a 7% sales tax on the freight and delivery charges on shipments made within New Jersey. Tax is calculated based upon the weight of the shipment only and not the value of the goods. Orders shipped outside of New Jersey are not subject to any sales tax but use tax may be imposed on you in your state of residence. Warranties/Limitation on Liability EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY PRODUCT ARE
MADE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL
VIEANDSOMN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT VIEANDSOMN'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY
REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, RELATING TO THE SALEOR
USE OF ITS PRODUCTS SHALL BE THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SUCH PRODUCTS. IN THE
EVENT ANY PRODUCT IS DETERMINED BY VIEANDSOMN TO BE DEFECTIVE,
VIEANDSOMN MAY ELECT TO REPLACE SUCH PRODUCT IN LIEU OF PAYMENT OF ANY DAMAGES OR REFUNDS. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WEBSITE USE Privacy and Security At Vieandsomn
your privacy and security is important to us. The personal information
we collect is used to fulfill your order, contact you if we have any
questions regarding your order, respond to your inquiries and to follow
through on customer service issues. We also use it to improve the
content of our website and to offer marketing opportunities with you. We
will never share, sell, give or transfer your personal information with
any third party. The only time we will ever share your information with
a third party is if you commit credit card fraud on our site or if

customers who sign-up for our e-mail list priority notification of
sales, specials, new products, and product information. These email
